- She graduated in 2010 in Medicine and Surgery at the Milan Bicocca University. During her specialized training she perfected herself in different departments of Oncological Surgery and she attended the Melanomas and Sarcomas General Surgery Ward at the Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori di Milano (National Cancer Institute of Milan) acquiring skills in diagnosing and treating skin cancers.
In 2018 she specialises with honour in General Surgery at the Milan Bicocca University.
She took part to and still attends systematically different courses and congresses in Advanced Dermoscopy, clinical and surgical management of melanoma and skin cancers in order to strengthen her competences.
Her efforts are particularly aimed at prevention, clinical-dermoscopic diagnosis of skin cancers, their surgical treatment and subsequent monitoring of treated patients (follow-up). - In 2018 she starts her career at the Fondazione IRCCS Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori, Melanomas and Sarcomas Unit and since 2020 she starts as a physician carrying out scientific research activities publishing the outcomes on national and international magazines. She also takes part into the management of clinical trials.
- She cooperates with other specialists within the multi-disciplinary group for the evaluation and definition of the therapeutic pathways for patients affected by skin and neuroendocrine neoplasms (Merkel’s carcinoma).
