Molecular assessment of viral infections (HPV and EBV) in solid tumors and lymphomas. Predictive immunohistochemical analysis, including PD-L1 evaluation in triple-negative breast carcinomas.

Implementation of brightfield multiplex immunohistochemistry, a robust approach enabling the simultaneous detection of multiple protein markers or molecular alterations to characterize the spatial distribution and activation status of immune cell populations within the tumor microenvironment.
