Via Giacomo Venezian, 1, 20133 Milano MI

It combines the skills of Bio-Informaticians, Statisticians, Data Scientists, Medical Physicists, Biomedical Engineers, to collect, harmonize and integrate "scattered" data (epidemiological, biological, from images, clinical, pathological, from treatment) and generate computational models that interpret the biological effects of exclusive or multimodal oncology treatments and which can assist in clinical decisions at both the population and individual patient levels.
The applied activity is carried out collaborating with the researchers of the Institute or in the context of national and international studies in the areas of diagnosis, therapy and prognosis of oncological diseases, as well as in in-vitro and in-vivo trials in the context of experimental research. This activity is accompanied by the statistical methodological commitment aimed at the development of innovative technologies and the training activity of researchers with a clinical/biological, statistical/bioinformatics or physical/engineering profile.
